Members of the Consortium are museums and landmark cultural institutions in or directly adjacent to Chelsea , which share the distinction of being particularly vital to Chelsea 's unique and vibrant cultural landscape. Together, our institutions welcome more than 3 million visitors annually. Members are invested in the growing renaissance of Chelsea and West Chelsea, and the evolution of its increasing attendance from both New York 's inhabitants and visitors.

Membership in CMC is open to institutions in and directly adjacent to Chelsea ,who are thrilled at the prospect of increasingly vitalizing Chelsea, near the piers and throughout.
